How are the apartments laid out?
They occupy the ground and first floors of the same building, each with a private entrance. When renting the entire house, an internal connecting door between the two apartments can be opened. 


Who can use the shared facilities?
The swimming pool and laundry are for the exclusive use of guests staying in Cenerentola I and Cenerentola II. The tennis court is available by reservation and is shared with the owners.


Is public transport nearby?
Yes, but not within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is about 4.5 km away.


What are the nearest airports?
Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport is 45km and Pisa airport 98km away.


Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, but we don’t recommend walking in the evening. The closest restaurant is about 2 km away along an unlit road with no pedestrian path.


Are bed linens included?
Yes. A complimentary full change of linens and towels is available after 7 nights.


Is the garden private?
Each apartment has its own partially fenced garden, adjacent and separated by a wooden fence. The only exception is access to the laundry room, which requires guests of Cenerentola I to pass through Cenerentola II’s garden.


Can I bring my dog?
Yes, with a small additional cleaning fee.


Can my dog stay freely in the garden?
Only Cenerentola II’s garden is fully fenced. Dogs must always be supervised, as other guests may pass through the garden to reach the laundry. Pets should never be left unattended.


Which rooms face the road?

• Cenerentola I : The two double bedrooms, and their respective bathrooms.
  
• Cenerentola II : Kitchen, living room, and the twin bedroom.
