A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid seven days prior to arrival.

A security deposit of €750 for the house and €500 for Cenerentola I and Cenerentola II 
is required one week before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded within two days after check-out, minus any costs for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

30 days or more before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-out: by 10:00

Guests must provide their ETA in advance and meet the property manager for key handover.

Free parking is available across the road from the house. Parking is unguarded and unlit.

Only spaces marked with La Cenerentola signage (on the left) may be used. Please inform us if you are arriving with more than one car.

The lead guest is responsible for any damages caused by their party, including breakages and stains. Please report accidental damage immediately to minimise costs.

Please maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Quiet hours begin at 23:00, both indoors and in the garden, out of respect for neighbours.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house, guest rooms, and inner courtyard. Smoking is permitted only outside in the garden or pool area. The use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.

Guests must follow local waste separation rules (explained at check-in) and return the green garbage card upon departure.

Water is supplied from an independent source — please use responsibly.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
